FAQ's

Who is Farside?

Farside is a creative design studio founded by Rob Nichols. Rob is the main creative and visual performer. We do collaborate with other creatives for specific when the project requires it.

How much does it cost?

VJing - Standard performance cost upwards of £300/night depending on the venue and duration.

Custom Visuals - This entirely depends on the level of work needed. We can create for a rate of £400/day.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. Although we are London based, provided you are able to pay for expenses we can perform anywhere globally given enough notice.

How do you handle confidential client information?

If you have a confidential project please send through an NDA. We also have templates we can use if needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. Projects are invoiced in stages and you can cancel at any point, however stages already invoiced will be non-refundable.

Will I get working files for the final designs?

No - All working file remain propery of Farside unless discussed prior to creation.
